Is eurotype only for Euro-enthusiast?

Yes. And for Eurosceptics, blondes, brunettes, tall, short... for everyone! Eurotype clothing plays with concepts of Europe and the European Union, as well as with the countries that are part of it. These countries share characteristics, values ​​and history, but they also have their own culture, language and idiosyncrasies that we also reflect at eurotype.

So, it doesn't really matter what kind of connection you feel with Europe to wear eurotype, since you will always find clothes for you :)

When will my order arrive?

The management time for each product is different, but it usually takes between 2 and 5 business days to process. At the end of your order, an estimate of the product delivery date will appear, which usually varies between 2 and 5 business days if it is a European destination, or a maximum of 14 days if it is outside the European continent.

Once your order has been prepared, it will be delivered to the carrier and you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. By clicking on that number you will be able to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment. Be careful, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking data to appear in the carrier's system.

Do you ship to my country?

We work with different management centers spread around the world to be able to reach all places, even beyond Europe. But management centers have a list of destinations with restrictions that may change over time and depending on circumstances. At the moment, we do not have the capacity to ship to the following destinations: Belarus, North Korea, Cuba, Ecuador, Iran, Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk Regions in Ukraine, Russia, Syria.

Please note that due to Russia's war in Ukraine, there are major limitations on shipping to Ukraine.

Additionally, due to the impact related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other service interruptions, the carriers we work with also do not offer international shipping to the following countries: Afghanistan, Aruba, Bhutan, Chad, Cayman Islands, Solomon Islands, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, South Sudan, East Timor, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

Can orders be delivered to PO boxes?

If your order is very large or bulky, such as framed posters, it may be too large to be accepted by national postal carriers. Even if this is not the case for your order, we recommend using a physical address instead of a post office box so that delivery is carried out without incident.

How can I modify an order I just placed?

If you have just placed an order and it contains an error, contact us quickly at eurotypecontact@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the necessary modifications. If the order is still being managed it will be possible to make certain changes.

How can I make a return for a size change?

Returns for size changes are not available at this time. We recommend that, before making your purchase, you make sure that the size selected is correct. For more information visit our return policy.

How do I know what size fits me?

In the description of each product there is always a table available with the length and width measurements of each garment. We recommend that you compare these measurements with a garment of yours that you like and thus be able to choose correctly.

What happens if my order is lost or defective?

In the case of packages that are lost along the way, all claims must be sent to eurotypecontact@gmail.com always within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. But don't worry, we will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. We may ask you to confirm some personal information, such as your shipping address, to ensure it is correct. We also recommend that, before writing to us, you contact your local post office to try to locate the lost order.

Please note that if the tracking information says that your order has been delivered, but you tell us that you have not received it, we will not be able to do anything, and you will have to complain to the carrier.

Now, in case the product has been damaged during shipping, or is defective, please send a photo of it to eurotypecontact@gmail.com and the order number. Please note that the entire item must be visible in the image. After examining the case, we will contact you to inform you of the next steps.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping depends on the product purchased and the destination country. Before making payment you will have the shipping price broken down.

How can I take better care of eurotype clothing?

So that your garments and prints last as long as possible, we recommend:

  • Machine wash at maximum 30º, preferably in cold water.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not use bleach.
  • Wash and hang the garment inside out.
  • Do not use dryer.
  • Do not iron on the print.
  • Wear your clothes with pride.
